For all silencers, vibration-free mounting is strongly recommended due to pulsations and engine vibrations. For types with an integrated spark arrester box (HMC, HXMC, LHCP35, LHCP45 and CompaC-C), the spark arrester box must be positioned below the horizontal axis. Radial inlet affects the length of the product (see datasheet).

All integrated spark arresters (except those of the CompacC-C) have been tested according to NEN-EN 1834-1 and certified by a European Union Recognised Organisation (EU RO). For this, a Mutual Recognition Type Approval Certificate has been issued, which is recognised by many classification societies (such as DNV, BV and ABS).
