Exhaust system

The exhaust system of an internal combustion engine can consist of the entire assembly of pipes, compensators (flexibles), flexible suspension products (fixed support points, pendulum points), thermal insulation, exhaust silencer(s), particulate filter, SCR catalyst, oxidation catalyst, rain cap, cowl, etc. The exhaust system directs the combustion gases from an engine to a location in the open air where they can flow out freely.
